The AIGA encourages designers to participate in their voter outreach campaign in order to increase engagement in elections. For this project, I created a design that can be used effectively in various formats to reach multiple audiences. Those formats include a billboard, poster, postcard, and social media post. Focusing on my selected audience of young women of color, the design consists of hand-illustrated depictions of young women shouting in anger, inspiring the audience to vote and make a difference. Warm oranges and fiery reds are used to emphasize the feeling of urgency and outrage.
